Our knives are handmade very well and are designed to last a lifetime. If you happen to break the knife blade or knock the handles apart, we will replace it. All replacements must include the original Certificate of Authenticity Card with the Warranty Record number otherwise a replacement will not be processed. Our warranty is reserved for the original purchaser and is not valid on the secondary market. Due to the handmade one of a kind nature of our knives we cannot replace your knife exactly as it was, but will attempt to replace the knife with a similar model.

Normal knife wear and tear along with blade usage consisiting of scratches, dings, dents, cosmentic blemishes, blade edge chips, broken knife tips, blade edge dings, re-sharpening errors, corrosion, rusting, pitting, carbon-burs and tarnish of the knife are not covered by the replacement guarentee. The sheaths are not covered by the replacement guarantee.

It is our goal to offer our knives at the most reasonable price for hand-crafted work and considering the price of other hand-made knives we feel that we are under the market. You can always pay much less for a knife with poor craftsmanship. We want you as the customer to be reminded of the quote by John Ruskin, which is provided by Randall Knives: "Quality. We are able to do custom knife orders, but this does come at an added price. Please also note that there are limitations to custom orders and that custom orders will have a 2-4 week back order (as the item would need to be made and approved).
