SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free flat rate shipping in the lower 48 states of the U.S.A. If you require a special shipping request, i.e. faster shipping, a special carrier, or shipping outside of the lower 48 states of the U.S.A. or out of country, additional fees will apply. For additional shipping cost we charge only actual cost of shipping and packaging.
LIMITED LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
Our knives are handmade very well and are designed to last a lifetime. If you happen to break the knife blade or knock the handles apart, we will replace the knife. All replacements must include the original Certificate of Authenticity Card with the Warranty Record number otherwise a replacement will not be processed. Our warranty is reserved for the original purchaser and is not valid on the secondary market. Due to the handmade nature of our one of a kind knives we cannot replace your knife exactly as it was, but will attempt to our best ability to replace the knife with a similar model. We do not offer any Returns for "buyers remorse" and will only replace knives that meet our LLRG as stated above.
